Really good stay!
prime location attentive staff great choices
The location is prime it is near everything. I found the staff attentive and very helpful. The breakfast offered great choices and even prosecco was available early.
I could hear hallway noise sometimes though this didn't overly bother me.

The hotel sits in a great spot. It is close to many shops and also near the Marina Grande. Victoria Park is nearby providing a quiet space for a pleasant walk. The Greek Door allows easy travel to the seaside, for enjoyable fare.

Breakfast includes a selection of fresh fruit, various honeys, and a honeycomb. There are assorted cakes and tarts. cheeses, meats, and eggs. Many different types of rolls are available alongside excellent coffee.

a treasure in a perfect location
huge choice friendly staff rooftop bar
the breakfast had a huge choice. the staff were friendly and were pretty good for us. our daughter was getting married, and the staff really made the occasion special. it had a fabulous rooftop bar with a great waiter.
the walls were thin and i could hear some noise. but it wasn't a big problem for me.

The staff took care of our luggage. the staff were always friendly and helpful. they provided turndown service with chocolate on the pillows. It was a lovely touch.

the hotel features a large banquet room for breakfast service. there is a lovely large pool in a spacious, private area. a rooftop bar and restaurant add to the amenities, but i loved the pool.

the hotel is in a perfect central location. it is close to restaurants and the center. i could enjoy quick access to important tourist sites. the beach clubs were also nearby.

dated room rude staff
The room was not what I EXPECTED. It felt quite dated and small. The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from other rooms. The staff at the rooftop were unhelpful when I asked for water.

poor service lack of patience
The location was good, next to a beautiful park with views of the sea. It was close to town, convenient.
The customer service left much to be desired. I felt I was an inconvenience to the staff, especially at the front desk. Any questions were met with a distinct lack of patience. This experience was disappointing, considering how much the hotel cost.

direct access beach club rooftop restaurant
The hotel has a lift with direct access to the beach. leoneilli's beach club access is included. the restaurant features fantastic views. The food was amazing!!!
I found the rooftop music volume too loud . It was hard to talk.
